关怀同工退修营 C.A.R.E. RETREAT
这是由全人主催，基怀协办的退修会，特别为那些在前线全心全意付出，关怀弱势群体的天使们加油打气的营会。我们知道在大马，关怀弱势群体是一项十分吃重又富挑战的差事。许多关怀同工都在僧多粥少的情况下“一脚踢”。关怀同工忙于照顾他们满腔热忱服务的对象时，却忽略了自己身心灵的需要。不少关怀同工也因此徘徊在放弃与崩耗的边缘。
This retreat was organized by HISTEAM, co-organized by Malaysian Care, specially designed for the angels who care for the marginalized groups in the frontline wholeheartedly. As we know, caring for the marginalized is very challenging and heavy task in Malaysia. Many care-givers serve in an understaffed and highly stressed condition. They are overwhelmed by the work demand and very often they tend to neglect their needs in body, spirit and soul. Many care-givers are then at the edge of giving up or burning out.

关怀同工培训 CARE-GIVERS TRAINING
A. 对象 : 希望提升助人专业操守、理念、及精神之全职或部分时间的关怀同工。
B. 目标 : 有系统地掌握专业社会工作的思考、技能与实践以提高自信与服务素质。
C. 课程 : 每一堂课是90分钟 (首60分钟是授课, 后30分钟是讨论活动)
*所有课程将以华语为媒介语.
A. Target : Full time or part time care workers and volunteers who wish to enhance their professional skills, practices and mindset
B. Goal : The goal is to enhance trainees’ social work skills, practices, mindset and confidence so as to increase the quality of services.
C. Courses : Each session is 90 minutes (60 minutes lecture and 30 minutes discussion and activities).

B. 目标 : 有系统地掌握专业社会工作的思考、技能与实践以提高自信与服务素质。

A. Target group : Brethren in Christ who has no experience but has the burden to involve in caring ministry.
B. Goal : Enhance basic mindset, skill and passion in Caring Ministry using systematic approaches.
C. Courses : Each session is 90 minutes (60 minutes lecture and 30 minutes discussion and activities)
